For Trial Lessons through our school booking system

(By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following):

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Explore Music does not store your credit card details.

• You may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of making the booking and receive a full refund. After this period, the booking fee is non-refundable.

• Your booking details will be shared with Explore Music and the selected teacher solely for the purpose of arranging and providing the trial lesson.

• While every effort is made to honour the scheduled lesson time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require a change. If the teacher becomes unavailable, Explore Music will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative lesson time, or process the refund to you.

• The trial lesson helps both the student and teacher determine whether they are a good fit. After the trial, the teacher may decide not to continue lessons if they believe the teaching environment is unsuitable or if there are safety or other reasonable concerns.

please Note:

To account for travel time and costs, home visit lessons are generally offered with a minimum lesson duration of 60 minutes.

• In special circumstances, a 45-minute lesson may be considered, particularly where:

  • the student is very young; and

  • the teacher lives in close proximity to the student's home.

Approval of 45-minute home visit lessons is at the teacher's discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We look forward to welcoming you to the Explore Music community and hope you enjoy your trial lesson.
